Appreciate this is my view but totally unhappy and feel there is no fair service from JJB for busy people unless you can change your hours for the sake of a delivery. Not willing to refund unless they get it back from courier so now worried courier has an issue of not returning items to JJB. Unhelpful customer service person at JJB told that it was my fault for not reading terms and conditions and for nearly ВЈ8 extra I could have it delivered on a Sat - but I work Sat too!!! No flexibility in arranging to deliver to work address not even remotely entertained. Someone has to be in to sign for any delivery so for someone that works with neighbours/friends who all work this is not great news. running stuff on its way.or so I thought! When it came to delivery - card through the door with no details on it - went online found tel no for JJB customer service - only offered Mon-Fri delivery with 8 hour time slots.
